Welcome to the second episode of What MovesU, a show aimed at highlighting the amazing individuals we come into contact with. Whether it's telling the incredible stories of our MoveU members, interviewing experts in their fields or learning how people became movement masters; this show will certainly have something for everybody. If you want to learn more about MoveU, your body or your mind you don't want to miss this...probably, I mean it's brand new. Who knows.
This week David & Bobby got the opportunity to sit down with OG Muver Sandy Marin and help tell her story. Sandy suffered an 8mm L4/L5 disc herniation and underwent surgery. Even doing the pre & post-surgery physical therapy it still resulted in life-altering back pain and sciatica. Having joined MoveU in November in 2017, Sandy has gone from not being able to lift her son, to lifting over 100 pounds in the gym. She is a completely different person now that she has conquered her pain, her relationships with her son and her husband have done a complete 180 as she has gotten her independence back, so much so that her and her husband are pregnant with another child! Sandy is a testament to the power of the MoveU community and she wants everybody to know that if you're willing to put in the work the members within MoveU can literally turn your life around!
