The initial phase includes 5,000 birds daily, distributed across 15 branches of the Sharjah Cooperative Society . In addition to whole birds, fresh cuts such as wings, legs, and boneless, skinless breasts are also available. By October, production is expected to reach 12,000 birds per day, with a full capacity of 15,000 birds per day by November, to be made available at all local retail outlets.
