	Description:		Last night, in Ohio, a special election was held for a House seat in the state's decidedly conservative-leaning 12th District -- and the Republican candidate is claiming victory despite a less-than-one-percent margin between the two candidates. The nail-biting race is attracting national attention due to the dramatic political shift that the district has taken over the past two years -- preferring then-Candidate Trump over Hillary Clinton by 37 points in 2016. Republican Candidate Troy Balderson, ahead in polling by just over 1,700 votes, celebrated his presumed win last night over Democratic Candidate Danny O'Connor, emphatically declaring to supporters, "it's time to get to work;" but, the official winner may not be declared until over 3,400 provisional ballots are counted. What's more, if the tally puts the candidates within a half-percent of each other, a recount is ordered. Joining us, this morning, to discuss the turnout of the race, is OH-12 Democratic Candidate Danny O'Connor. This political paradigm shift may be a grave sign for some Congressional Republicans up for re-election this November, but President Trump's numbers remain steady.
