For the first time ever, the sitting leaders of both the United States and North Korea have met, face-to-face, in a series of meetings and photo ops on Sentosa Island in Singapore. President Donald Trump and North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un discussed a wide spectrum of diplomatic ideas, from the U.S. halting the practice of war games around the Korean Peninsula, to the complete denuclearization of the same area. However, the meeting did not arrive without strained communication between the two nations; and, it did not end without big questions. The Morning Joe panel discuss these nuances, and more, on this Tuesday morning. NBC News and MSNBC will bring you updates and the latest insights into this landmark meeting, as the day continues. |
