On 'Hannity,' last night, Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani explained that one "wouldn't know" where specific opposition research would be coming from. However, in regards to the 2016 Trump Tower meeting, each campaign member involved, including Donald Trump Jr., knew of select members' association with the Russian government. One email subject line even reading: "RE: Russia - Clinton - private and confidential" Giuliani went on to call the Mueller probe, "an illegitimate investigation," while simultaneously arguing that if the President was indicted by Robert Mueller, it "might go better for Trump." The Washington Post's Jonathan Turley joins the panel, this morning, to discuss what, exactly, Giuliani means by that sentiment. Also with us, on this Friday: Mike Barnicle, Jon Meacham, Nicolle Wallace, Eugene Robinson, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), and Stephanie Ruhle joins us from Windsor Castle for our continuing coverage of the Royal Wedding. |
