In new reporting from The Washington Post, and other outlets, Michael Cohen was revealed to have been paid millions of dollars by numerous corporate clients, including AT&T, in return for advisory counsel and access to the President. This is commonly known as: "Pay-For-Play." The problem, also, lies in this: Michael Cohen is not a formally-declared lobbyist. Later in the episode, VP Mike Pence channels his inner Nixon, in a recent interview, by pushing the Mueller probe to "wrap it up." We take a dive, this morning, into the rhetoric of both Pence and Nixon with Bill Kristol and Eugene Robinson joining the panel. |
