Comedian Michelle Wolf has been under fire since Saturday's White House Correspondents' Dinner after one of her jokes, construed by many as a shot at White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders's personal appearance, has crossed a line with many political figures.

The President, notably not in attendance for the second year in a row, weighed in on Wolf's set, calling her "filthy" and asserting that she had "totally bombed."

The WHCA has since expressed 'regret' of their choice.

This latest controversy regarding freedom of speech has some political commentators and journalists crying foul -- saying that Wolf's joke is no different from President Trump's repeated personal attacks, done on Twitter.
