On the heels of the Mueller probe's bombshell allegation that President Trump himself directed former fixer Michael Cohen to funnel hush money to two women before his 2016 presidential campaign, top Republicans are now dismissing the findings.

Meanwhile, newly released poll numbers from CNN are now showing Americans' approval of the president's handling of the Russia investigation at an all-time low of 29%.

And, later this morning, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Speaker-designate Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) are set to meet with President Trump at the White House over the budget for his proposed border wall amid the threat of a potential government shutdown.
