Is there anything more warming, more lovely than a steaming bowl of ramen prepared with expert care and placed with quiet pride in front of your salivating mouth? If there is, then I don’t know what it could be. What I do know is that this “noodle western” is a joyous good time. Trust me, if you want to be delighted (or just want motivation to chow down on a heap of noodles), then this is the one for you.
