Description: I met Jonathan Wolf at an Agency meeting with Bazaarvoice in Paris, this week. Jonathan is the product strategist for International for Bazaarvoice, a company based out of Austin Texas. Bazaarvoice essentially enables companies to put in place a customizable ratings & review system (plus comments, Q&A, etc.) layered in on top of their eCommerce sites in order to help capture and listen to the customer conversation. This interview's short, sharp and to the point. I very much like what Bazaarvoice is doing.
