I have been talking on and off with Amy for a few weeks and we finally managed to sit down and talk about our mental health illness experiences. It was lovely to just kick back and chat with someone I have only spoken to via email before this recording.
We discuss campaigning, including believe in happy, the workplace, social and peer pressure, writing and post natal depression. I consider myself lucky to hear and be able to share Amy's story.
