As part of our Change-Makers Series, Rovika Rajkishun joins us to discuss her work as the Development Director at the NY Immigration Coalition and the president of the Southwest Brooklyn Democrats, a political organizing group that invites women, immigrants, and the undocumented into the local political process. Rovika also started the group Love Trumps Hate, which organized dinners and gatherings to connect immigrants with lawyers who can help them with legal services.
