Martin Jones did a tour of Iraq in the army. When he came back, he was diagnosed with PTSD and bipolar disorder. He got into fights, started drinking a lot and ended up in prison. Now, after learning mindfulness, self-care and going through therapy, Martin has turned his life around. He’s a Personal Trainer and Online Body Coach helping people with physical and confidence issues. He chats to Ellen and Yvette about his story...
