	Description:		Bloomberg View columnist Barry Ritholtz interviews James Donald, who serves as managing director and head of emerging markets at Lazard Asset Management, and serves as portfolio manager/analyst on the emerging markets equity team. Since joining Lazard in 1996, he has been instrumental in developing and coordinating its emerging-markets activities. Previously, he was a portfolio manager with Mercury Asset Management. He is also a board member of EMpower, a charity founded by investment professionals focused on adolescents, healthcare and women's issues in emerging-market countries, as well as a member of the 20-20 Investment Association, an investor group focused on emerging markets.
