This week I am answering 'Wendy's' question: "I have wondered whether having Pluto in my first house makes me think often about death and matters relating to death. I don't necessarily think about death in a negative or morbid way but I do feel I'm more aware of death, and my own mortality, than other people I know. I feel like it's a positive trait because knowing and accepting death allows me to enjoy the beauty and briefness of life. When I was a child, if I had an accident and saw myself bleeding I always thought I was "dying" (lol). Also, growing up at one point I wanted to become a mortician. Instead I became a registered nurse. So, I would say I have a bit of a fascination with death but also a healthy fear of it as well. I also have several planets retrograde in my natal chart and I am not really clear on how those retrograde planets would affect my chart."
