Tariffs are dominating talks at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations meeting in Malaysia, where many of its attendees could face import taxes of up to 50%. And following a peace deal between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, the U.S., which brokered the deal, has signaled it wants a stake in the DRC's resources.
