Description:

Liberals like Nancy Pelosi and media enablers such as Joe Scarborough are defending politicians like Rep. John Conyers and Sen. Al Franken. We should never hear again that the Democrats stand for women. These are the same Democrats who supported Bill Clinton all through Monica Lewinsky and impeachment and now pretend they don’t. Now they support Conyers, who’s a sexual predator and Franken, who’s running around grabbing butts. The Democrats are not standing up for women now or in the past. How is standing up for the pill, partial birth abortion and abortion on demand standing up for women? What does John Conyers’ service in the Korean War or service in Congress have to do with his behavior and harassment towards women? One woman after another is coming forward but the media says that Conyers is an icon to protect him. In addition, notice when it comes to the left and the media, they just talk about politics. They don’t even talk about the accusers. They are courageous for coming forward, but this is apparently not true when it comes to accusers of liberal Democrats. After that, the CFPB’s outgoing Director, Richard Cordray appointed a successor, Leandra English. President Trump nominated Mick Mulvaney to head the agency and there is fighting over who has the authority to appoint the leader. It does not matter who is leading it, the agency is still unconstitutional. The creation of the CFPB was a bold face frontal assault on our Constitution. This was an effort to nationalize our financial systems through regulation. The CFPB was set up when Democrats controlled the House, Senate and Presidency. The Republicans can now repeal this agency, yet they are not going to. Later, Republicans are going to try desperately to cobble 51 votes in the Senate for their tax plan. We have so called experts on taxes and finance who have completely sold out. On the individual tax side, it is an absolute debacle with Republicans taking away a long line of deductions. They should cut rates of individuals across the board. Who is standing up in Congress and saying the reason I am cutting taxes is because I am compassionate and because I want to help the poor? What we lack are statesman in the Republican Party who will stand up for our values and beliefs.
