Later, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio apologizes for quoting the murderous Cuban dictator Che Guevara in comments made in Miami, which is home to the largest population of Americans of Cuban descent. Finally, Julian Castro, who favors decriminalizing illegal border crossing, even went as far as saying that transsexual female should have the right to have publicly-funded abortions.
