SCGCon happened this weekend with a staggering EIGHT tournaments within. There was also a Grand Prix, bringing us up to a full nine tournaments to talk about, including Standard, Legacy, Modern, Pauper, Vintage, and even No Banlist Modern. Then we have TWO card image galleries to address, because neverending preview season is real. There’s some debate about the viability of the new buy-a-box promo for Core Set 2019, which we will discuss briefly. The rules have been altered to allow Squee to be trapped under Ixalan’s Binding, which is NOT a flavor fail if you really think about it.
It’s really weird how Paradoxical Outcome has popped up in multiple formats, right?
