	Description:		The COVID-19 pandemic launched a great experiment in the way we work, at least for office workers. Remote work became routine early in the pandemic. Two and a half years later many people are still working part-time from home. And, with low unemployment and workers who demand flexibility, it looks increasingly likely that some combination of remote and on-site work is here to stay. MPR News guest host Chris Farrell talks about what this dramatic change in how we work and interact with colleagues in the office means for workplace culture, employee collaboration and even office design.
