Mark Baquiran is the strength coach for American Top Team West Pines, and Fight Fit Boxing and MMA. He is also an MBSC Thrive coach at Shula’s Athletic Club. Coach Baquiran is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu blue belt, and a USAPL competitor at 83 kg.
