The Atlanta Falcons need to add more juice to their pass rush and Georgia outside linebacker Nolan Smith seems like a perfect fit. Given his explosive capabilities on display at this year's Scouting Combine, Smith has the potential to be a similar NFL player as Philadelphia Eagles outside linebacker Haason Reddick.
