While flying in the Army Beau Webb discovered seller financing, and was able to utilize this strategy to build a portfolio of rental properties.

Because of his real estate investments, he was able to leave the military just this past year and not have to worry about finding another W2 job.

Beau currently owns a portfolio of over 40 doors of all different types of rental properties.
