Tim Fergestad has broad experience in real estate including being a licensed agent, land wholesaling, renovations, single family rentals, as well as a multifamily investor and operator. He owns interest in 1000+ units of multifamily real estate. Prior to transitioning full time into real estate, Tim used his Ph.D. in Neuroscience to study diseases in the Genetics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
