Description: I met today’s guest, known as “The Vitality Vixen”, at the New Media Summit last September in San Diego. Her energy exudes joy, play and healing which filled the room.  I wanted to know where all this VITALITY and charisma came from.  Through getting to know her story I found out it comes from her mission, which is to transform the conversation around suicide from one of silence, disgrace, and shame to one of transparency, reverence and compassion. She believes the root cause of the increasing suicide rates is that we have become SO ENMESHED in “The Hustle” and “Crushing It” that we have lost our ability to live a life of fulfillment.
