Unity Institute® and Seminary senior Nhien Vuong Dougherty was born in Vietnam and brought to the United States by her parents at the fall of Saigon in 1975; she was 2 years old. First-year UI student Don Ray served with the U.S. Army in Saigon during the infamous 1968 Tet Offensive. Also, Dr. Tom flew medical evacuation helicopters in combat during 1971.
