In November 1997 in Milan, Italy, Kristin’s vision took shape while President of the Professional Women’s Association in Milan, and W.I.N. was born. Working in and with major multinational companies like JPMorgan, Citibank and Innovation Norway, Kristin saw the gap in our workplaces about how we dealt with each other and the world at large, and saw little support for people bringing their creative into the workplace.
