I’ve been receiving a lot of messages about when I will be releasing a new episode and I think its about time I fill you in on what’s happening with LGBT Stories! First, the number of people looking to tell their stories on the show is outstanding. The fact that so many people are brave enough to share their trials, tribulations, and success’ with the world is honestly something I only dreamed about happening on the show. With that said, I am pretty backed up in my email and with episodes that are already recorded and simply waiting to be edited. So, if you’ve emailed me interested in telling your story please know that I have gotten it and will be getting back to you shortly! Second, some things about the show are changing... for example, the intro you hear at the top of every episode is changing, and I think you’re going to like it! Also, you might just be hearing a new voice on the show that will come along as some discussion episodes, while that is still all being sorted out, it is looking promising! Lastly, we will be focusing a lot on posting much more frequently on YouTube so that we can expand our audience to those who might still not know much about how to access the podcast. Now, to get all this done I will, unfortunately, have to take a bit of a hiatus. That means I will be taking some time off from releasing episodes. I know this is not the best of news but I can promise you that when the show returns it will be brighter and better than before! Right now it's looking as though the hiatus will last somewhere between 2-3 months, returning in January 2019 or February 2019. I will still be very active on social media, with new post daily on Instagram and in the private Facebook group (if you haven’t joined the group I encourage you to do so by visiting facebook.com/groups/lgbtstories, or clicking the link below in the show notes. With all this in mind thank you all for all of the love and support you have shown me, thank you to those of you who have told your stories on the show thus far, and I look forward to sharing more in a few months!
