Description: Exploring The Soul - Part 15 "The Forehead" (Recorded at the Intown Jewish Academy on June 25, 2017) The mystics teach that there are two dimensions to the human being: the human, and the non-human. There is a layer of our being that is rational, natural, and predictable, and then there is a layer that is suprarational, non-conforming, and spontaneous. In other words -- not in the limited modality of being "human." This deeper dimension defies standard human definition. In Kabbalistic terminology, it's like the difference between the forehead and the face: whereas the face contains easily distinguishable features of the person, the forehead is a blank slate. Open to possibilities, open to the unknown. In this session of Kabbalah & Coffee we explore the mystical secrets of the forehead.
