This week there’s some progress on Maggie’s part, and she will have pictures soon, she swears.  Just once she resists the urge to kill podcast kitty for getting into her current sock project.  Meanwhile Karen’s been travelling and has lots of pretty yarn and a little knitting to show for it.

In Geek Squee, we’ve found some cocktails for the superheroes amongst us as well as some news about casting for upcoming Marvel movies.  We have an update on an awesome Kickstarter campaign and our own ideas of how one of the doctors should have carried the Olympic torch.   There’s also a preview for CBS’ “Elementary” and some speculation on what will it will actually be like.  Then it’s into discussion of “The Hounds of Baskerville”.

Finally, we’re drooling over some Avengers yarn from two different dyers as well as Hunger Games-inspired socks, and tempted by some fandom-inspired teas.
