Reporter: Don Clyde New PG&E CEO Begins Day One On the Job San Francisco-based Pacific Gas and Electric has a new CEO starting this week. Bill Johnson comes from the Tennessee Valley Authority. Critics of Johnson say his record on safety and clean energy there was less than stellar. But all agree that running PG&E right now will be no easy task. PG&E is in bankruptcy protection after being blamed, and investigated for, causing a series of recent wildfires. Sam Mann and Ragan Foster are seniors at El Cerrito High School and, like most high school kids, they’ve both felt insecure about fitting in. Sam identifies as gender non-binary, neither male nor female, and Ragan has a condition that boosts her male hormone levels.
