Hollywood had a real life cliffhanger over the weekend. The Writers Guild of America, the union that represents writers for film and TV, has been locked in a battle with screenwriters’ talent agents and they were supposed to have reached a deal Saturday. Nielsen appeared with President Donald Trump in Calexico Friday morning to emphasize what they call a “border immigration emergency.” Nielsen thanked the president for his leadership in a press release yesterday morning.
