Description: Gov. Brown Signs Bill to Ban Fossil Fuels in California Gov. Jerry Brown is putting California on track to eliminate the use of fossil fuels in generating electricity by 2045. He did that Monday at the Capitol by signing SB 100. It makes California the second state after Hawaii to make that commitment.
