President Trump meets with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg Wednesday as part of the alliance’s annual summit. Europeans expect to be criticized over defense spending, and worry that Trump might cancel upcoming NATO exercises, or sanctions on Russia over Ukraine.
