The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld President Trump’s travel ban for citizens from several Muslim-majority countries in a 5-4 ruling. The high court also ruled against a controversial California state law requiring anti-abortion pregnancy centers to inform women about publicly funded abortion and contraception services. We’ll discuss the rulings and we’ll also look at the Court’s current ideological composition and the influence of Trump appointee Neil Gorsuch. Guests:
David Levine, professor, UC Hastings College of the Law David Chiu, Assemblymember from District 17 Zahra Billoo, executive director, Council on American-Islamic Relations San Francisco Bay Area John Eastman, professor, Chapman University School of Law
