The Supreme Court is expected to rule on Janus vs. American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, a case which will likely have broad implications for labor unions in California and across the country. At issue is whether public-sector unions can compel non-union members to pay so-called “fair share” union fees. Forum takes up the issue.
