In anticipation of California’s June 5 election, Forum checks in with KQED politics reporters Guy Marzorati and Marisa Lagos. We’ll review the five statewide propositions on the ballot, including a $4.1 billion bond for parks and water improvements and a measure to require that revenues from new vehicle fees be spent only on transportation projects. We’ll also look at some of the key primary contests across the state and which party may benefit from California’s top-two system.
