North Korea is willing to engage in talks with the United States about relinquishing nuclear weapons, South Korean officials said Tuesday. Pyongyang will reportedly discuss disarmament in exchange for security assurances and suspend missile and nuclear tests while negotiations take place. We’ll discuss the prospects for a negotiated peace on the Korean peninsula.
