And parking illegally often comes with tickets, which unpaid, can lead to a vehicle being impounded -- something especially problematic if your car is also your bed. But a new lawsuit against the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency challenges cities' ability to impound cars for unpaid parking tickets.
