Description: U.S. Customs and Border Protection reports 19,000 unaccompanied children and teenagers entered the U.S. last month, the largest monthly total ever. And across California, more than 200 people have died of COVID-19 in state prisons. R.J. Donovan prison in Otay Mesa has been among the most deadly. Then, for over a year, school has been online.
