Description: SB-181 would change state oil and gas regulations. It passed out of the Senate Transportation and Energy Committee Tuesday and has now passed the Senate Finances Committee. Western Slope residents spoke at a the hearing Tuesday in Denver and in Grand Junction , where testimony was beamed into the Mile High City. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh talked with citizen leaders in favor of, and opposed to, the bill.
