Today's episode goes out to all the married ladies out there with imperfect marriages...so all of us!  

The ideas behind today's episode come from the months of research and prayer and soul-searching I have been doing to create the Catholic Wife's Academy (which will be open for enrollment on August 8th).  And here is the major take away I have to share with you today:

To live out our marriages well we need the beautiful theology AND the practical application.  

In other worlds, we need to know and understand all the wonderful things JPII wrote on love and marriage, but we also need to know and understand some of the wonderful modern research done in secular realm on marriage, relationships, sex and simple conversation.

We need both.

And when we don't have both we can feel like we are left hanging...

But, thank goodness we are Catholic!
