	Description:		With the advent of smart phones and tablets, we are entering the post-PC era, says IESE Prof. Sandra Sieber. These devices, combined with social networks, are changing the way we interact. Through a combination of technological and social factors, many people are connected all the time. Now that we have one more than one device, we are less interested in the operating system of our PC and more in the linkage within the whole ecosystem of devices. As a result, over the next few years we are going to see a reshuffle in the who's who in the technology and communications industries.
