With microsourcing, the relationship between the buyer and the seller/supplier centers on a bidding process, whereby the buyer selects the supplier he or she likes and awards the project based on their own criteria. While crowdsourcing has faced some obstacles in the past, such as how to establish trust between the buyer and the seller, many platforms are finding ways to overcome these.
