A native of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Erika excelled as a junior player, finishing runner up for the Wisconsin PGA Junior Tour Player of the Year award and qualifying for the high school state tournament all fours year. After high school, Erika earned golf and academic scholarships to Valparaiso University in Indiana, where she was twice named Horizon League Player of the Week, and now possesses the second-lowest career scoring average. During school, Erika served as president of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and worked as a PJ Boatright intern for the Wisconsin State Golf Association. Erika's passion for golf led to her first position as an Assistant Golf Professional at Ozaukee Country Club in Mequon, where her responsibilities included directing the junior golf program, tournament operations, and event planning. Erika currently serves as the Player Development Coordinator for the Wisconsin PGA Section. In that role, she administers PGA Growth of the Game initiatives such as PGA Junior League, Drive, Chip and Putt, and Get Golf Ready.
