In Sight explores mysteries, true crime, and forgotten history. In this episode, Charlie and Ali discuss the 1985 double murders of Derek and Nancy Haysom. Their daughter Elizabeth testified that her boyfriend, Jens Soering, murdered her parents to get back at them for forbidding their romance. Jens testified that Elizabeth murdered them in a rage about her previous childhood abuse. They’ve both been in prison for decades for the crime, but modern forensics and another look at the case may hold the answer.
