In October 1966, a beautiful 18-year-old student goes to her college library to study for the evening. She leaves with three books to take home with her. She never makes it home.
The following morning, her beaten and violently stabbed body is found within meters of the library and her car by a groundsman. Police have no leads, no witnesses and no evidence. That is until a series of letters are received that are eerily similar to a serial killer operating not far from Cheri's hometown....
