Zambia is a land blessed with many natural resources and it's people are well educated compared to other countries but lack industries and good paying jobs for its citizens. The country has also suffered from brain drain of some skilled workers in some key sectors, but this is now turning into a positive as more and more people in the diaspora are getting involved in the future of the country.
