In this episode, we speak with Dr. Niyati Parekh an Associate Professor at NYU GPH in the Public Health Nutrition department. She discusses the importance of nutrition and its role in public health, in addition to the numerous studies she conducts at GPH. Dr. Parekh's research coordinators who are all recent alumni of GPH, discuss the research they conduct within the department, one of which is the TADA-kids research study which uses an app to track eating patterns in young children.
