Today, we’re finally going to talk about exercise because quite frankly, most people exercise way too much when they’re trying to get pregnant.  

Now, to be fair, exercising is really important.  However, a major mindset shift must happen ASAP… and that is we need to stop looking at exercise as a way to lose weight and burn calories, and start looking at exercise as a way to influence hormones.  

I'm going to talk about:

  • the differences between physical activity and exercise
  • how exercise impacts your fertility and your ability to get pregnant
  • the best exercises for fertility.
